Delete your data

You can delete your Priceyourpainting account, and the personal data that comes with it, at any time. It works the same however you signed up: with your email address, or with Google, Facebook or Apple.

Delete your account yourself

1. Sign in to Priceyourpainting.
2. Open your profile.
3. At the bottom of the page, choose “Delete your account” and confirm.
4. If you signed in with Facebook, then remove Priceyourpainting from Facebook too, in your Facebook settings under “Apps and websites”. Removing it there on its own does not delete the data we hold, which is why step 3 comes first.

Your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account details.
• All your appraisals and their reports.
• The photos of your artworks, and your profile photo.
• Any feedback you gave us on an appraisal.
• Your sign-in: you are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in to that account.

Records we are required by law to keep, such as payment and invoicing records, are kept only for as long as the law requires.

Can't sign in? Ask us

Email info@priceyourpainting.com from the address on your account and tell us you want it deleted. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
